I am an independent surveyor based in Manchester City Centre close to the North West motorway network, covering the Manchester area and some postcodes in Stockport. 

I have over 30 years experience in property, conducting Home Buyer and Building Surveys, throughout the region.  I am a registered valuer, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which ensures that all commissions are undertaken to the highest standards. RICS status reflects my commitment to professionalism and promotes confidence in the quality and ethics of the services provided.

I am also a member of the RPSA, the Residential Property Surveyors Association which is a body for independent specialist residential surveyors who are accredited by the internationally recognised Building Research Establishment (BRE) and Surveyor and Valuer Accreditation (SAVA), which is part of National Energy Services (NES).

All enquiries are responded to promptly.  Clients are contacted prior to the inspection to talk through any particular concerns and again following delivery of the survey report to discuss the contents and any queries this may have raised.
